Shaping Up

Been painting for a week solid giving the hoose a lick of paint..
So I was glad to get out this weekend..
Outside and out to the workshop..

For The Birds

Took a little time off the chair this weekend...
And put together this little bird table..;)

Little Edge

So I glued up the back of the seat..
I added copper nails to stitch it together..
And for a little edge to the look..
The book matched rippled sycamore is pretty stuff... ;b

Back And Seat

Got on with x little more prep on the back and seat of the new chair..
Some really cool grain popping out..
I'm enjoying being back in the workshop ;b

Been A While

Hey guys
Yes it's been a while..
So I've been thrown a few curve balls lately..
But I'm getting back on track.
I started on this chair using the same rippled sycamore as the little cabinet..
It's been nice making some shavings again, and watching the chair evolve ... ;b

A Brace

I made a partner for the Rowan stool..
Same as last time, wedged through tenons...
But Two's better than one..
Also I'm going to start another blog..
I'm still keeping this one so don't worry..
But I'll show a little sneak peak of what's coming in the new blog...;)

Rowan

A stool made over the weekend..
With Rowan top (mountain ash)..
